Terms & Conditions

“Account” means a user account created to access features of the Service. “Customer”, “you” or “your” means the individual or entity using the Site or ordering Products. “Products” means gaming mats and related peripherals sold through the Site. “Order” means a request to purchase Products through checkout. “Order Confirmation” acknowledges receipt of an Order. “Shipping Confirmation” confirms Products have shipped. A “Force Majeure Event” is an event beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes or governmental action.

Age and capacity. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Account creation and security. To place an Order, you may create an Account with a valid email, password and billing information. Keep this information accurate and confidential; you are responsible for activity under your Account and should notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

Placing an Order. Add Products to your cart, provide shipping and payment details, and submit your Order.

Confirmation and acceptance. We will email an Order Confirmation, which does not itself constitute acceptance. Your Order is accepted when we ship the Products and send a Shipping Confirmation.

Refusal or cancellation. We may refuse or cancel an Order for reasons such as pricing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraud. If an Order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Prices are listed in GBP (£). The price shown on the website is the price charged at checkout, excluding any delivery charge shown separately. We accept main UK payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay; payment is captured when an Order is placed.

We may cancel and refund an Order where a pricing error occurs. You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by your country. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees when paying in a currency other than GBP.

Order preparation and production typically take 1–2 business days from payment confirmation. After dispatch, carrier transit typically takes a further 1–2 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 2–4 business days from order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the type, size, quantity and combination of items in your basket.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers or Force Majeure Events. Risk of loss transfers when the carrier collects the Products; title passes on dispatch.

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains standard-product cancellation and return windows, return postage, refunds and the treatment of custom or personalised work. It does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or do not match an agreed specification.

Products carry a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Submit a claim to contact@2d6.uk with proof of purchase and photographs. We may repair or replace defective Products. Misuse, modification, normal wear and tear and similar damage are excluded.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by an event beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you where practicable and resume performance as soon as possible.

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is owned or licensed by us. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our written consent.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data. We implement industry-standard measures to safeguard information.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees and agents from claims, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of Products or your violation of law or a third party’s rights.

Our total liability for a claim related to these Terms or the Products is limited to the amount paid for the Products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility.

Contact contact@2d6.uk first so we can try to resolve issues amicably. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes will be finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, North West England Branch, with one arbitrator. Both parties waive any right to participate in a class action.

These Terms and related claims are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and the Company submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales sitting at the Stockport District Registry (or any successor court).

You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign without restriction.

We may provide notices by email to your registered address. Send notices to contact@2d6.uk with open-notification confirmation where possible so the message is not missed.

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms continues in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Order Confirmations, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.
