Delivery Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays) and dispatched as soon as printing process is finished. Depending on the printing queue. If this time will be longer than 2 days you will be personally notified.
Shipping Method
We ship via ParcelForce Worldwide and UPS.

- Standard Gaming Mat in Tube – Roll: 130 × 10 × 10 cm, approx. 3kg
- Standard Gaming Mat in Box – Tiles: 55 × 45 × 10 cm, approx. 3 kg
- Accessories – Sized and weighted individually

Shipping Costs
(All prices include VAT at the standard rate)
- Next-day* mat: £12.00 per parcel
- Next-day* small accessories: £9.50
- Bulk orders will be priced individually
Next day counting from the production day. Costs are flat‑rate regardless of whether you ship a tube or box. Accessories may benefit from cheaper 1kg envelope delivery.

We currently ship to all UK addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel is booked, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with:
- ParcelForce or UPS tracking number
- A link to track your shipment in real time
Delivery Failures
- If no one is available to sign for your parcel, ParcelForce or UPS will leave a card with instructions to re‑arrange delivery or collect from a local depot.
- Incorrect or incomplete address details may incur additional redelivery or return fees.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please report any missing or damaged deliveries within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to contact@2d6.uk so we can investigate and arrange a refund or replacement.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All domestic UK shipments include VAT. For any international orders, recipients will be responsible for any local import duties or taxes.
